Can you discuss one of your recent criminal defense case wins in Florida?
Answer: I have been fortunate to have a DUI trial a few months back where I had a client who performed very well on the field sobriety exercises but when she got to the jail provided a breath sample; the breath sample was over the legal limit. The legal limit in the state of Florida is a .08 and the breath sample provided by my client was a .14. Again, she looked very good on the video. We ended up taking the case to a jury trial through the whole case, the jury came back with a verdict of not guilty. So that was definitely a big win for my client.
