Are field sobriety tests accurate in Florida?
Answer: Absolutely not. Field sobriety tests, in my opinion, are not accurate. I believe they are intended to make the person being investigated look bad. All of the tests that they give you or exercises that they ask you to perform are not something we do in our normal lives. And I do not believe that they are a fair, accurate depiction of whether one is prepared.
