Hillary is a former Assistant State Attorney with extensive trial experience in the State of Florida. She graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and from Faulkner University, Jones School of Law with her Juris Doctorate. Hillary has handled and tried cases from minor misdemeanors to homicide cases such as Vehicular Homicide and DUI Manslaughter.
During her time as a Prosecutor, she specialized in prosecuting Domestic Violence, criminal traffic, drug possession and violation of probation cases. She quickly gained the reputation of being a competent, aggressive and diligent advocate.
Hillary has taught classes at the Police Academy to incoming law enforcement officers in the areas of DUI and search and seizure laws. She has also held circuit wide training for prosecutors specifically in the areas of DUI law, intoxilyzer litigation, DMV administrative penalties and Violations of Probation.
In her free time Hillary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Tampa Bay Buccaneers football, and Florida State Seminoles football.
