Can I challenge the results of my breath test in Florida?
Answer: Absolutely. On a case-by-case basis, the police and law enforcement officers must follow certain procedures when giving one a breath test. Those procedures could be: did they watch you for 20 minutes prior to you taking the breath test? Did you have anything in your mouth prior to taking that breath test? Was it properly maintained and calibrated?
