The only exception is if you are charged with a felony DUI—for example, serious bodily injury or death—there is something in the law called youthful offender, which allows the court to withhold adjudication on a DUI, only if it’s a felony. That at some point could potentially be sealed. But the general answer to that is no because you have to be convicted of a DUI if you plead to it; there is no such thing as a withhold of adjudication on a DUI charge.
