Mr. Finebloom is a graduate of Florida State University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. After graduating from law school with honors, he cut his teeth as a public defender for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Sarasota where he represented clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges at both the state and federal levels.

Mr. Finebloom is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Sarasota County Bar Association and the National College of DUI defense. He is admitted to the Florida State Bar Association, and The United States Supreme Court.
